My Path
My path to becoming a a Chartered Counselling Psychologist began in my earliest years, as family peacemaker and introvert. These experiences ignited my own therapeutic journey, and a lifelong wish to understand and heal others, to understand ways-of being-in-the-world, in relationship with ourselves, families, friends and beyond. The combination of my therapeutic and life experiences, alongside my professional training, research and practice, have given me the skills and qualities to support and guide clients through the turbulence and challenges that life can bring. I am married and live with my husband, son and miniature schnauzer in North London.
I work with adolescents and young people from the age of 11. I work with parents and adults one to one, and couples and offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified clinicians. I also work in corporate, educational and charitable organisations consulting on mental health, trauma informed practice, and providing therapy, consultation, supervision and coaching.

Sooner or later you have to give up hope for a better past. Yalom
