Corporate Counselling

Evidence shows that discussions on workplace suffering often overlook managers, and yet 52% of senior leaders report psychological distress, making raising awareness of their mental health needs more urgent than ever. Many corporate wellbeing programs fail to address the needs of management and senior staff (Opinion Way for Empreinte Humaine, 2024), and the cost is significant. In finance and healthcare sectors, long-term sick leave is rising sharply. Among managers, 32% these absences stem from psychological disorders (Malakoff Humanis), highlighting the pressing need to recognise and address managerial exhaustion, mental health and wellbeing in these organisations and businesses. My approach is to foster healthier more sustainable workplaces for all employees and managers, through the approaches detailed below.

I work through HR teams and their occupational health advisers as well as directly with individuals within the corporate.
